Our products are personalized and made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalization details (names, spelling, photos, options) you submit. We produce items exactly as ordered.

2. Color & Appearance

Due to differences in screens and the handmade/print nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content, designs, and trademarks are the property of Pawzluxe. By submitting customization content (e.g., photos), you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to use it solely to fulfill your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawzluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
