We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

All Pawzluxe products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days to process and produce your customized item before it ships.

United States	10–12 business days

 

Total time = processing (3–5 business days) + shipping (10–12 business days), roughly 13–17 business days within the US. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pawzluxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
